ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING SOLUTIONS
MOREC CHARGER ADVANTAGES
From its inception, MOREC has been committed to providing users with a better electric vehicle charging experience. Over the past decade, we have accumulated extensive feedback data from around the world and continuously improved our technology while iterating our products. This is also why MOREC's products offer better compatibility and more stable charging performance.
MOREC solely focuses on providing superior EV charging products. With 10 years of experience dedicated to this field, we possess a profound understanding of EV charging. We've introduced innovative concepts like plug temperature detection and adaptive adapter recognition. Furthermore, our commitment to product safety has made us one of the earliest suppliers globally to equip devices with Type A+6 safety protection modules.
All charging devices of MOREC use charging terminals manufactured with special technology. Its unique leaf spring structure can automatically clean the surface of the terminal during each plugging and unplugging process without damaging the coating of the terminal’s surface, thereby preventing the generation of arcs. This process is also called arc extinguishing process. This is our exclusive design.
MOREC selectively choose materials for each item. Our principle is to prioritize environmental-friendliness, high temperature resistance, and anti-aging properties in material selection. In fact, we are one of the earliest global suppliers to use TPU cables instead of PVC or TPE. While our products may be slightly heavier in the same category, it's because of our commitment to materials, which is a crucial foundation for our quality assurance.
MOREC partners with multiple logistics centers, establishing local inventories in key market areas, allowing us to deliver goods to customers quickly and efficiently. Additionally, our comprehensive after-sales system offers support in multiple languages, including German, French, English, and Spanish, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SAY
Which type of plug to choose?
You may be familiar with the Type 2 port on the right. However, if your EV is imported from the US, it may have the Type 1 port on the left. Please keep this in mind and select the correct plug to ensure you can charge your car properly.
FAQ
Yes, it can.
Theoretically you can do that while we will not recommend it. You must have both earth-fault circuit breakers and proper surge protection to avoid the risk of fire.
Also, using ordinary wall sockets or engine heater sockets is very slow and not designed for the high load of charging an electric car or plug-in hybrid over a long period.
But with a properly installed EV charger, you can charge your car quickly, safely, and reliably.
- To protect the car battery, the charging speed decreases and the
power reduces as the battery becomes fuller. - Check the circuit specifications.
- Check if the vehicle is set to the maximum charging current or check
the maximum charging current or power supported by the vehicle. - For an APP version wallbox, the initial default charging current is set
to the minimum value of 6A. It is recommended to turn off the “Start
charging by button” function, adjust the charging current to the
desired value, and then click "Start Charging." The selected current
value will be saved, and subsequent charges will use the previously
set current value by default unless changed.
Please set the charging current on your vehicle side.
It is generally recommended that the rated current of the circuit breaker should be slightly higher than the rated current of the load circuit or greater than the sum of the maximum currents of all electrical products in the circuit.
In Europe, a common approach is to multiply the rated current of the load circuit by 1.5 to determine the rated current of the circuit breaker. For example, if a circuit has a load rated current of 10A, a circuit breaker rated at 15A should be chosen.
For specific recommendations, it is advisable to consult with an electrician.
- Ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled on your phone.
- Restart the wallbox, reinstall the latest version of the APP, update your
phone's operating system, or test with a different phone(ideally with a
different operating system like Android or iOS). - If the above tests still don’t resolve the issue, please contact us to
initialize your wallbox.
